1. Overview
These Seller Terms govern the registration and operation of domestic seller accounts on the Jeel Maldives marketplace (seller.jeel.mv).
2. Product Quality and Authenticity
Sellers are solely responsible for ensuring products listed are authentic, lawful under Maldivian regulations, accurately photographed, and safely packed.
3. Shipping and Delivery
Domestic sellers fulfill orders directly to buyers. Orders must be dispatched within the delivery time specified on the seller profile. Timely order status updates (Shipped, Out for Delivery, Delivered) must be logged in the Seller Dashboard.
4. Commission and Payouts
Jeel deducts agreed category commission and fulfillment processing fees per order. Net payouts are remitted directly to the verified Bank of Maldives or Maldives Islamic Bank account of the seller upon delivery completion.
